Apart from the men’s singles who won the 2023 Hong Kong Open championship trophy which was held on Sunday (17/9/2023) at the Hong Kong Coliseum, the Indonesian women’s doubles, Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti, succeeded in bringing the championship trophy after defeating their Malaysian women’s doubles opponent, Pearly Tan/Thinaah Muralitharan in three sets.
Apriyani/Siti Fadia won in the second and third games with scores of 24-20 and 21-9 respectively, while in the first game Apri/Siti Fadia were only able to get 14-21 points.
In fact, to complete the championship, Indonesia’s men’s doubles representatives Leo Rolly Carnando/Daniel Marthin lost to Denmark’s men’s doubles, Kim Astrup/Anders Skaarup Rasmussen in the rubber game.
